Project logistics is already introduced in the Feasibility study stage of any project. Accessibility to the destination site, in terms of transport routes, rail carrying capacities, bridge width, height and stability, can all dictate the design approach by engineers or logistics specialists. In a situation where very long lead-items apply, Feasibility studies are in order before completion of the final design to ensure any construction or alterations are included.
